Narnia ~ From Darkness To Light

narnia 2

Another great progressive rock album by Narnia, & once again, they don’t let you down. If you’re a fan of Christian music, then it’s even more so. The music is pure prog, but the words speak the positivity of the lord. I am not a Christian, but I really loved this album. From the guitars to the keyboards & everything in between, the music is perfect. The vocals soar right along with the music. Starting off strong with “A Crack In The Sky”, & continuing strong all the way to the end. The 6th song on the album, “The War That Tore The Land” is a bit slower than the rest of the album, but, it still soars with a strong line that makes you want to sing along with it. The guitar solo that follows is also great. After this song it jumps right back into fast mode with “Sail On”. The end of the album is the title track of the album, which is put into 2 parts. I didn’t think that it didn’t need to be split in 2, but, if you’re listening on vinyl or even CD, you won’t notice a song change as part 1 goes straight into part 2. If you’re a prog fan, you will love this album. I give this 5 out of 5 Music Guru stars.
