This is yet another band, even though they’ve been around since 1975 (under the name of Quiet Riot), that I never really listened to. Of course, I know of Come On Feel The Noise, which was a cover song of SLADE, but other than that, I’ve never really listened to them. I don’t know why, but, I never did. After hearing this album, even though it has none of the founding members, I found myself liking this album. It is a live album, but, after listening to this, I may end up getting some Quiet Riot albums. The band is tight, the vocalist is right on point & they did a great tribute to Randy Rhodes. Current Quiet Riot band members are Frankie Banali on drums & the man responsible for the comeback of Quiet Riot. James Durbin really has the chops on the vocal tracks & sounds like a great front man, Chuck Wright on bass & Alex Grossi on guitars round out this band. The band is in top form & even though I’m not a fan of live albums, this one is so good, it still gets a 5 out of 5 Music Guru stars.
